Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States and Canada. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team at hello@caross.net.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • CAROSS USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Missing or Delayed Orders

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • CAROSS USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct. If an address is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you to update the delivery address, which could delay your order. CAROSS USA is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
